Foundational Product Leadership & Strategy · Digital Health
Helping pre-seed to growth-stage digital health companies make the right product and platform decisions — before they become expensive lessons.

Sound familiar?
You've closed your Series A. Your scrappy stack is starting to show cracks. Your EHR is a bottleneck, your engineering team is spending half their time on break/fix, and you don't have a senior product leader to own the hard calls. That's exactly where I work best.
Most recently as founding Head of Product at Origin Physical Therapy — taking the company from a single clinic on off-the-shelf tools to a Series B platform serving 50k+ patients, 100+ providers, across 21 clinics and nationwide telehealth.
Evaluated 14 EHRs, built the scorecard, selected Healthie, and executed a full cutover across 19 clinics in a single weekend — zero business downtime, ahead of best-case timeline. Eliminated $319K/year in platform costs.
Recommended against a $50K “too good to be true” asset acquisition — the sticker price was low for the value, but integration, maintenance, and opportunity costs would have consumed the team for a year. Chose Firebase over Postgres for the home exercise MVP; that decision held for 5+ years without a migration.
Strategic guidance on the decisions that matter. I serve as a senior thought partner for founders navigating product inflection points.
I join your leadership team. I manage your roadmap, align clinical and engineering, mentor your PMs, and own the product pulse of the company — without the full-time overhead.
Tightly scoped engagements built around a specific decision or milestone. I come in, do the work, and leave you with a clear path forward.
For companies that have outgrown founder-led product. I help you design your product org, hire your first PMs, and build a shipping culture that bridges clinical and engineering.
Your EHR shouldn't be a cage. Vendor evaluation against your actual clinical and billing needs, custom front-ends on EHR APIs, and data migrations that don't stall your business.
Pattern recognition from a decade of making these calls. TCO modeling that accounts for technical debt, team capacity, and competing priorities — not just sticker price.
Moving past the hype to find measurable value. AI readiness assessments, tool selection, clinician workflow integration, and impact measurement — not just "cool factor."
Navigating a critical platform decision or need a steady hand through a period of growth? I'd love to connect.
